FAqs
When can I set up my booth?
- Trailers: Friday, April 16th, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- All other exhibitors: Friday, April 16th, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM, or Saturday, April 17th, 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM.
- If you need to set up later on Friday, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
- Important: All loading and unloading must be done through the loading dock. Front entrance loading/unloading is prohibited.
What is provided with my booth?
- Pipe and drape, a 6’x2′ table, 2 chairs, and a sign with your exhibit title.
- Wireless internet access will be available throughout the exhibit hall.
How do I arrange for electricity?
- $100 suggested donation for access to electricity.
- If you require electricity and haven’t already requested it through registration, please contact us immediately.
When do I need to be at my booth?
- The festival is Saturday and Sunday, April 17th and 18th, from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Please be ready at your booth by 9:30 AM on both days, unless you have made prior arrangements.
- Exhibitors are expected to remain at their booths until 4 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
